Metal O-Rings

Designed for cost effective sealing of high temperature fluids present in exhaust, melt stream plastics, combustion, hydraulics, and valves. Metal O-rings are available in many different cross sections from .035" up to 0.625". Diameters range from around 1/2 inch to 30 feet in OD. Often suitable for direct replacement of some elastomer o-rings for high temperatures and pressures.

Metal C-Rings

Metal C-Rings are an excellent choice for a high temperature and high pressure seal where compressive loads are moderate. C-Rings are available from wide variety of materials and coatings, cross sections, and are even available in non-round geometries.

Spring-Energized Metal C-Rings

Metal seals for the most extreme applications with a flexible design. Spring-Energized metal seals utilize an combination of a helical spring surrounded by one or more layers of softer metal. The softer metal jacket flows into the flange groove finish so that a highly effective seal can be achieved. This type of seal was developed specifically for solving high risk nuclear flange applications. In addition to making a great seal for nearly every high temperature and high pressure application in every industry, the seal also can be manufactured in nearly any geometry from round, square, triangular, to oblong.

Metal E-Rings

Metal E-Rings are used for many applications and industries. These seals are designed for large compression and deflection movements in high temperature sealing environments. E-Rings can be used in combustion sealing and exhaust sealing for joints that have significant bending, flexing, and flange separation.
